I've realised how much my weight flutuates over 24 hours, but as of this morning i'm 95.4kg - so have lost 10lbs.
Wasn't particularly good yesterday - ate some Kettle Chips with my OH on the sofa, but was well behaved the rest of the day.
Today:
Breakfast: Ricicles, Earl Grey
Lunch: Wholemeal salad pitta, grapes, strawberries, dried apricots, cashews, raisins, yoghurt
Dinner: HM Shepherds pie, beans, maybe corn or something
Desert: sugar free lolly pop
Am up to my eyeballs at work, buzzing on nervous energy really about the weekend (work). No time to 'extra' exercise, but am fidgeting a lot.
