    I've realised how much my weight flutuates over 24 hours, but as of this morning i'm 95.4kg - so have lost 10lbs.

    Wasn't particularly good yesterday - ate some Kettle Chips with my OH on the sofa, but was well behaved the rest of the day.

    Today:
    Breakfast: Ricicles, Earl Grey
    Lunch: Wholemeal salad pitta, grapes, strawberries, dried apricots, cashews, raisins, yoghurt
    Dinner: HM Shepherds pie, beans, maybe corn or something
    Desert: sugar free lolly pop

    Am up to my eyeballs at work, buzzing on nervous energy really about the weekend (work). No time to 'extra' exercise, but am fidgeting a lot.

  • Update for the weekend

    Morning!

    Well, last night I had my 1/3 of low fat meaty pasta (545 cals), and 1/3 of a (non-low-fat) garlic bread, which was quite naughty, but not as naughty as the 2 glasses of wine I washed it down with... Was celebrating a friends pregnancy though! Also had some sugar free jelly with blackberries.

    And today:

    Breakfast: wholemeal pitta w/ philadelphia light, juice, earl grey
    Lunch: wholemeal pitta w/ red cabbage salad, muller light, pretzels, dried apricots w/ raisins and cashews and sunflower seeds
    We're having dinner at OH's parents house, late, so no idea.

    We're dog-sitting for the weekend, so extra walking! We're having salad tomorrow night at my Mum's though

    Current weight: 95.9 KG - i've lost 4.1kg - is that 8lbs? x
