Thank you! I think I am... i've tried before, of course, but my mindset just feels different. I got the 'all clear' from the hospital yesterday and now feel a bit stronger.

I think it's more like 25kg i need to loose... fingers crossed.

good luck with the diet. it's wfully hard and i hope you are motivated. om on an exercise and diet regime myself and i have only increased the veggies and fruit and water intake. i fell off the wagon today though, but that's ok more…
