	&lt;p&gt;Friday: did lots of housework, dinner was HM pasta sauce (chili / red pepper / tomato) w/ mushroom tortellini.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Saturday: went out for dinner - Salmon on pasta in Hard Rock cafe. 2 x leffe, 2 x wine.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Sunday: went out for lunch - aubergine and mozzarella melt on sour dough bun, pasta and pesto and mushrooms for dinner (wholemeal)&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Monday: leftover pasta in an egg frittatta. CORNETTO!&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Tuesday: back on wagon. Breakfast: toasted roll w/ lime marmalade, Activia yoghurt&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: HM soup, brown roll&lt;br&gt;
Snack: rice crackers / dried apricots&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: HM chicken balti, rice, cucumber &amp; red pepper salad&lt;br&gt;
Snack: 2/5ths of a WISPA!&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Wednesday: museli w/ semi skimmed&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: Salad w/ leftover rice, baby toms, Activia yoghurt&lt;br&gt;
Snack: rice crackers / dried apricots&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: cod steaks, parsley sauce, wedges, veg&lt;/p&gt;

Dinner: chicken, cheese and broccoli pasta bake. Pineapple for dessert (shared a bowl with my OH) = ate slightly too much pasta but was wholewheat, made with skimmed milk and not too much cheese&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;And now an update list:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;THURSDAY&lt;br&gt;
Breakfast: brown wholemeal roll w/ poached egg and HP sauce&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: tuna, salad (not much salad) with steam bag of rice / veg. Low fat peach yoghurt&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: Mushroom tortellini in mushroom and tomato sauce, 1 brown garlic bread roll and 1/2 a 50/50 garlic roll&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;FRIDAY&lt;br&gt;
Breakfast: ryvita w/ philadelphia&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: Wholemeal noodles, sesame seeds (from Crussh) and mango madness smoothie, yoghurt&lt;br&gt;
Snack: seeds etc, 1 x mini cadbury's dairy milk from box of Heroes&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: HM lasagne, 1 slice of garlic bread (tiny), 2 glasses of rose (sorry, at OH's parents house)&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;SATURDAY:&lt;br&gt;
Breakfast: banana&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: Ate out at Greyhound pub - chicken breast, new potato gratin, tomatoes and grilled courgettes. 1 x small slice of pizza, small slice of cake, 8 x gin and diet tonics? glass of wine (was out celebrating!!!)&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;SUNDAY:&lt;br&gt;
Breakfast: 2 x bacon (grilled), tomatoes, mushroom, poached egg, sausage&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: Slow roast opork, veg, 2 x potatoes&lt;br&gt;
Desert: slice of cake (small)&lt;br&gt;
Snack: rice noodles (1 portion, 0.6g fat), Babybel&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;And MONDAY. Am back on the wagon - is hard to be good at other peoples houses, as am not in control of it all &lt;img src="/img/smilies/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" class="middle" border="0"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Lunch: leftover veggie lasagne&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: steak en croute (well, beef wellington) w/ my chutney relish inside puff pastry,&lt;br&gt;
w/ mash potatoes Duchess style (grilled cheese on top), baby sweetcorn, asparagus, sugar snap peas. Desert: Lemonlicious M&amp;S thing for me (low fat).&lt;br&gt;
Snack: pineapple / raspberries&lt;br&gt;
Drinks: raspberry fizz&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;and Wednesday was a good day:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Breakfast: 3 x ryvita with extra light philadelphia, green tea w/ lemon&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: tuna, salad, lemon muller light yoghurt, sunflower seeds for a snack&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: sainsburys fishermans pie, basmati rice, mixed veg&lt;br&gt;
Desert: Sugar free jelly&lt;br&gt;
Snack: handful of OH's leftover popcorn&lt;br&gt;
Drinks: green tea, water, peach water and small glass of diet dandelion and burdock&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;and Thursday:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Breakfast: brown wholemeal roll w/ poached egg and HP sauce&lt;br&gt;

Went out at lunch to do some shoping for my boys birthday... so tomorrow's dinner menu is now:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Steak en croute with my chutney relish inside puff pastry, w/ mash potatoes Duchess style, baby sweetcorn, asparagus, sugar snap peas.  For desert, I have profiteroles for my OH (I could make these, but no point as I'm not eating them!) and a Lemonlicious M&amp;S thing for me (low fat). Have crumpets for breakfast (his favourite). We've got a bottle of raspberry fizz and some fresh raspberries / pineapple too.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Naughty day really, cos of the pastry... but will have a light lunch. x

With sugar free jelly for desert.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Saturday: Poached egg on brown roll for breakfast, chicken skewers in red pepper sauce and small amount of rice for dinner, snacked at party - 1 slice of veggie pizza, 1 chocolate muffin, 1/2 packet of hula hoops - and a lot of gin and diet tonic.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Sunday: baked beans on toast at cafe, muffin, 2 x small tuna rolls, HM veggie lasagne and bread.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;And back on the wagon:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;MONDAY&lt;br&gt;

Lunch: leftover home made curry / rice, grapes, baby toms, mango yoghurt&lt;br&gt;
Snack: 3 x rice cakes&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: mushroom tortellini in tomato and ricotta sauce, salad&lt;br&gt;
Snack: 4 x rice pringles from OH's tube&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Should have had less tortellini and more salad, but was yummy.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Today:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Breakfast: poached egg / HP sauce and black pepper on wholemeal roll&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: tuna, salad, sugar free raspberry jelly&lt;br&gt;
Snack: 4 x ryvita with philadelphia light&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: 1 x birds eye 100% chicken burger, brown roll, salad, few potato wedges&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;This weekend we're throwing a party for OH's 27th Birthday. Am drinking diet tonic and gin, and alternating every gin for a plain tonic (with a slice of lime, of course). Will ignore most of the nibbles too.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Think we're having Saturday dinner at Nandos, so having Nandos salad w/ grilled chicken and sweetcorn. If still hungry, fat free frozen yoghurt. Diet coke. Haven't had diet coke in ages! Good ol' water normally! x&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Oh and by the way - total weight loss is now 4.2kg, 9 pounds x

Calorie burn: 	200 fast / 188 medium / 176 slow 	&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;So, for 41 minutes i'm guesting about 193 calories burnt. My feet hurt.

Dinner: WHOLE thin, healthy ish, garlic chicken pizza (700 cals for whole thing)&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;WEDNESDAY:&lt;br&gt;
Breakfast: wholemeal roll w/ 1 x poached egg and HP sauce&lt;br&gt;

Snack: small pot of seeds / dried apricots / cashews and raisins&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: Salad (plain, cucumber, baby toms, red cabbage, chinese leaf, red pepper, carrot and celery, Laughing Cow extra low fat triangle, Pineapple, raspberries, low fat Mango yoghurt&lt;br&gt;
Snack: 2 x rice cake, 1 x shortbread biscuit&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: Tuna pasta (wholemeal) w/ sweetcorn, pineapple and raspberries for desert&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;PLUS: had at least 5 green teas and 1/5 litres of water at work.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;And thus today:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Breakfast: 2 x wholemeal toast w/ philadelphia light on, green tea, cranberry juice&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: leftover wholemeal tuna / sweetcorn pasta (sensible sized amount!), low fat yoghurt, raspberries and pineapple&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: 1/2 a thin, healthy ish, garlic chicken pizza and salad&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Weighed myself today. I know I shouldn't have, as it's not Friday, but i'm 95.8kg... so have lost 4.2kg which is over 9 pounds. Am happy!

I have a little to confess about the weekend, but nothing too bad.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;FRIDAY&lt;br&gt;
We had a chinese takeaway to celebrate OH's new job - but I chose chicken in black bean sauce and boiled rice. Had 3 prawn crackers and 1/4 of sesame prawn toast too. Plus 2 Gin and Tonics (diet of course, and small).&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;SATURDAY&lt;br&gt;
Went to Sainsburys at the crack of dawn.&lt;br&gt;
Breakfast: 2 x wholemeal toast with Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangle spread on. Lunch: Low Fat Muffin that I made. Pineapple. Dinner: 1 x BBQ pork chop, few potato wedges, salad, sweetcorn&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;SUNDAY&lt;br&gt;
Small almond pastry, pineapple, Starbucks Thai Chai Latte&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: Salmon encroute (HM) with Phildalphia light and lime / black pepper inside, with Lime and Coriander rice, veg and leftover salad / corn on the cob from Saturday&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;PLUS lots of green tea - have got the OH liking it with Cranberry too!&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;And thus today:&lt;br&gt;
Breakfast: 2 x wholemeal toast w/ philadelphia light on, 2 x green tea&lt;br&gt;
Snack: small pot of seeds / dried apricots / cashews and raisins&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: Salad (plain, cucumber, baby toms, red cabbage, chinese leaf, red pepper, carrot and celery)&lt;br&gt;
Pineapple, raspberries, low fat Mango yoghurt&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: No idea.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Having a sneaky gin or two tonight as have freelance work to do until late.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Well, it's Thursday. Am being good today. Only problems I find with being good, really, are:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;A) Wanting to cook yummy and filling things for my other half&lt;br&gt;
&lt;img src="/img/smilies/icon_cool.gif" alt="B)" class="middle" border="0"&gt; Money. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Had better update for the weekend, from memory (Below plus a LOT OF GREEN TEA):&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Friday: went out to posh hotel do with work. Had the couscous starter, basil chicken and coconut  curry (minus sauce, just the chicken breast) w/ rice, and 1/2 a TEASPOON of creme brulee (my favourite), plus 2 x small pieces of fudge. Drank 3 white wine spritzers (poured 70/30 water). Then got the hump on way home, had a bottle of stella on the train and a bottle and a half or rose and threw up. So hopefully minus calories.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Saturday: toast breakfast, vegetable pasta lunch at posh restaurant (roast veg, not creamy at all),  went to a gig and drank 3 x tonic waters and 2 pints of water. Dinner: chicken flavoured rice (5g fat, 200 cals) and 3 spicey thai prawns.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Sunday: scrambled egg breakfast w/ beans and 1 x white toast, Salad for lunch (inc prawns) and straweberries and pineapple for desert. Pasta pesto for dinner (wholemeal)&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Monday: Rice Krispie bar for breakfast (was driving), salad for lunch (lettuce, potato, ham, egg, cucumber) and tiny amount of OH's spaghetti shapes. Freddie Fish pie for dinner (home made).&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Tuesday: back at work. Museli for breakfast, pasta pesto for lunch, spaghetti bolognaise for dinner (wholemeal) and SF jelly&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Weds; work. 2 x wholemeal  toast for breakfast, wholemeal spaghetti bolognaise and Toffee muller light for lunch, sausage and mash for dinner (2.5 sausages, lots of veg).&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;And that takes me to TODAY:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Am off pasta, as with being SKINT that's all I seem to have eaten this week. I know it's wholemeal,  but still. Is there any even healthier alternative?&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Breakfast: 2 x lime marmalde on wholemeal toast&lt;br&gt;
Snack: 1 x ricecake&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: 1/2 tin of salmon (no dressing, just black pepper and spinkle of vinegar) salad (baby toms, red pepper, lettuce, celery). Bag of cashews / raisins / pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds and 3 x dried apricots&lt;br&gt;
Afternoon snack: 1 x ricecake&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: posh burger (no roll), salad, mash potato&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Mmmm. Green tea. Have currently got a shapers Mango &amp; Raspberry water too. Tomorrow is WEIGH DAY. And payday, come to that.&lt;/p&gt;

AND I shared a bottle of rose in pub with my Other ~(Better) Half...&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;But none of that matters, as I now weigh 96.1 - which means i've lost 3.9kg since I started - 8.6 pounds! Am happy happy!&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Today's a hard day to plan, food wise, as i'm going to buy lunch from the Crussh smoothie bar (though their food is online, with cals and fat etc, so can have a read and make an informed choice) and have a work do tonight at a posh hotel, so am planning on having 2 white wine spritzers (or maybe just a glass of red). The food is a bit... random tonight, so will ignore the creme brule. PROMISE.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Breakfast:&lt;br&gt;
Am not very hungry yet, but probably:&lt;br&gt;

Breakfast: cup of hot water w/ lemon, 2 x poached eggs on 2 x wholemeal toast (ate most of)&lt;br&gt;

LUNCH: Tomato and spicy lentil soap, harvest grain roll, apple, melon slices&lt;br&gt;
SNACK: 1 x wholemeal bread&lt;br&gt;
DINNER: Spaghetti bolognaise w/ wholemeal pasta + 1 x wholemeal bread w/ garlic and flora light / parsley&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;So about as healthy a chinese takeaway as you can get.&lt;br&gt;
Also had 4 x gin and diet tonics. VERY SMALL. 57cals in an average shot, I was having about 1/2 a shot, so putting by 120 calories for that to be safe.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;SATURDAY:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;BREAKFAST: pineapple and strawberries&lt;br&gt;
LUNCH: leftover chinese (boiled rice, chicken &amp; cashews)&lt;br&gt;
SNACK: cashew nuts, Del Monte frozen smoothie lolly (97 cals, no fat)&lt;br&gt;
DINNER: curry. Low fat one, swopped the pilau rice for steamed, 2 MICROWAVED poppadoms and bit of a Naan. About 700 calores for that&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Am keeping under 1200 by my calculations, and flushing myself out with green tea, aloe vera capsules, fibre capsules etc.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;SUNDAY:&lt;br&gt;
BREAKFAST: pineapple and melon, 1 x roll w/ 2 x grilled, and dabbed, rashers of bacon&lt;br&gt;
LUNCH: Mums sunday lunch - roast chicken (white meat), gravy, 2 x roast potatoes, 3 x boiled potatoes, string beans, 1 x yorkshire pudding, 1 x boiled parsnip, SMALL spoon of cauliflower cheese (more cauli than cheese)&lt;br&gt;
DINNER: 1 x poached egg on harvest grain roll, 2 spoons of baked beans.&lt;br&gt;
SNACKS: Cashew nuts, 1 x rice cake&lt;br&gt;
NAUGHTY: 1 x glass of non diet bitter lemon&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;and today!&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;The Puer Tea I ordered on eBay came today and i've just made my first cup. To be fair, it smells of spinach and fish. It doesn't really taste of anything at all, which is quite a relief. Fong mentioned that she has it with ginger, but i've yet to find that online. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Anyway, today:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;(Up at 6am)&lt;br&gt;
BREAKFAST:&lt;br&gt;
few pieces of melon&lt;br&gt;
Hot water, slice of lime&lt;br&gt;
small glass of 100% peach and passionfruit smoothie (SO THICK! Had to chew)&lt;br&gt;
1 x toast with 1 x poached egg and black pepper&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;SNACK: 2 x rice cakes (dry, w/ sesame)&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;LUNCH: 50g ish of wholemeal pasta with tom/basil sauce leftover from last night&lt;br&gt;
melon / grapes&lt;br&gt;
few cashews, 6 dried apricots, 2 dried apple rings, sesame seeds&lt;br&gt;
1 x little stars 100% natural kids yoghurt (Muller)&lt;br&gt;

I believe i'm stable at 97 but will confirm tomorrow. Have had a busy time at home, moving and OH being made redundant,  but i'm back on the wagon now.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Am definitely finding alcohol to be my downfall. Am already slightly paniced at the prospect of not drinking.  Will have to just cut right back I think.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Today:&lt;br&gt;
Breakfast: few slices of melon, Toast (white, sorry, all I had) with lime marmalade&lt;br&gt;
Snack: handful of raw cashews, 1 x coffee (white one sugar - someone made me it without asking)&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: Tuna and salad, muller stars yoghurt (kids size, 100% natural, no evil sugars)&lt;br&gt;
Snack: 5 x dried apple slices&lt;br&gt;
Drinks: 3 x cups of Green tea with jasmine, sugar free orange and mango squash&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: no idea. &lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Wasn't particularly good yesterday - ate some Kettle Chips with my OH on the sofa, but was well behaved the rest of the day. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Today:&lt;br&gt;
Breakfast: Ricicles, Earl Grey&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: Wholemeal salad pitta, grapes, strawberries, dried apricots, cashews, raisins, yoghurt&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: HM Shepherds pie, beans, maybe corn or something&lt;br&gt;
Desert: sugar free lolly pop&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Am up to my eyeballs at work, buzzing on nervous energy really about the weekend (work). No time to 'extra' exercise, but am fidgeting a lot.

	&lt;p&gt;Well, last night I had my 1/3 of low fat meaty pasta (545 cals), and 1/3 of a (non-low-fat) garlic bread, which was quite naughty, but not as naughty as the 2 glasses of wine I washed it down with... Was celebrating a friends pregnancy though! Also had some sugar free jelly with blackberries.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;And today:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Breakfast: wholemeal pitta w/ philadelphia light, juice, earl grey&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: wholemeal pitta w/ red cabbage salad, muller light, pretzels, dried apricots w/ raisins and cashews and sunflower seeds&lt;br&gt;
We're having dinner at OH's parents house, late, so no idea.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;We're dog-sitting for the weekend, so extra walking! We're having salad tomorrow night at my Mum's though&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Current weight: 95.9 KG - i've lost 4.1kg - is that 8lbs? x&lt;/p&gt;

Gah&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Today: museli, semi skimmed,juice, earl grey&lt;br&gt;
lunch: baby toms, grapes, wholemeal salad pitta, mini pretzels, yoghurt, dried apricots, sunflower seeds&lt;br&gt;
dinner: pasta thing (1/3rd of - 450 calories low fat) and blackcurrant sugar free jelly w/ berries for desert&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Last night went as planned, but I had a SMALL  glass of wine. Will undoubtedly do the same tonight &lt;img src="/img/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" class="middle" border="0"&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Well, last night we had Chili (home made) for dinner (not too much), but I washed it down with a glass of rose. I worked out that was slightly healthier / nicer than angel delight for desert. So there.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Today:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Breakfast: Wheataflakes, semi skimmed, earl grey, small juice (raspberry lime and something nice!)&lt;br&gt;
Lunch: leftover chili in a wholemeal pitta (!), grapes, celery stick, dried apricots/cashews/sunflower seeds, muller light, coke zero&lt;br&gt;
Dinner: Fishermans pie, sweetcorn, peas, mushroom rice&lt;br&gt;
Desert: Melon and strawberries&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Have walked a lot today unintentionally, window shopping and to the Post Office. Will try and actually skip tomorrow!
